Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

My dog only ever sees the technicians. Puck is almost 2 yrs old and I have had him all but the first 3months of his life and he has yet to see the actual vet at this clinic. The technicians are nice and do a good job but their advice is a little nuts. I have a basset hound who is very healthy. He has very defined hips and is extremely active. They have been telling me since he was a year old that he needs to lose weight. They want him back down to 36lbs. That is how much he weighed when he was 9months old!!! Now he is only 44lbs. Bassets usually range from 45-75lbs. I have a very small Basset. This is ridiculous.
