He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Emergency Service... They ignored my questions doctor running around and left me with office staff.. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
When I went there ultrasound was needed and sent me to Berwyn Animal Hospital. They have the equipment no one has been trained. Space is limited and Boarding is neglected when I picked up my baby she had a nasty infection from sitting in her waste. Doctor proclaimed!! Get her washed up!!!
Has no feeling or caring for what there profession, made me pay for medicine and follow-ups... I feel they are just in for the money...

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
