The vets and staff are friendly and good at what they do. The only downside is we usually have to wait for an hour, sometimes more. But today, we were seen about 20 minutes after we got there. Luck of the draw. I have been bringing my pets here for many years, and they always receive excellent care.

I've taken many animals here over the years and I've never had a problem with any of the vets or staff. Everyone has always been competent and friendly. It is a walk-in practice, so on a busy day you will have to wait, but their prices are much more reasonable than other veterinarians in the area, so it is worth the wait. Bottom line - they take good care of their patients.

If you want quality care and a lower cost, and don't mind waiting on a first-come-first-serve basis, this is the vet for you. What you pay for in time is more than rewarded in high quality care and lower cost. This vet does not make appointments, however, if your pet is in dire need, they will go out of their way to make an exception. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
