I have used this facility and previous location and went with friend with her Pets. They are always courteous and won't tolerate rudeness from their staff. The new facility is top notch and clean. My animals are treated like babies even our previous very aggressive pitbull was seen without thought and precautions always taken for his fear. Our Great Dane was treated with kid gloves as he was so fearful at first.

I have used Wellspring as long as it's been at this location. The staff and doctors always treat the pets and the humans with care. They know my dog Kramer by name and are always happy to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Amis and Dr. Thomas. They truly care for their animal friends.

I am shocked by the reviews I've read. This Animal Hospital has exceeded my expectations with my animals. I have a dashaund, which are notorious for back problems-I have called this office at 4:45 PM and the staff and Dr have waited for me to bring her in to be seen. I have a Labrador who they have treated since day one who I would not trust anyone else to. I am not to the extreme that I am running out saving every single animal that is on the side of the road but I do treat my pets as if they are family. I would not take my children to a "drive through drs office" so why would I with my pets. I have used this practice for 7 years and would not dare go anywhere else.

Yes! It was very unprofessional!

Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Good doctors, but office staff are rude and unconcerned unless you are a regular who uses the kennel or dog wash regular. if you come for sick pets, then all I can say is Thank God the front desk people don't care for the pets. we changed to Oak hill, little more, but spent an hur just talking to us. i even like Honey creek too.
