They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I visit infrequently, only about once a year or so, and have not had the same Veterinarian twice. Previous Dr's trusted me to monitor and observe my pets at home during their illness, even administer medicines and fluids, whereas the current staff seems untrusting of lay persons and tends to keep them for days, at considerable costs of course.
