This business has to be the most unprofessional, uncaring veterinary that I have ever visited. After my daughter’s cat vomited and had not eaten in 2 days, she called the place where she got her cat from to get a veterinary recommendation. She called and they stated initially they couldn’t get her in, then said she could bring her cat the next day at 9 am and they would squeeze him in. When I arrived, after driving from Spring Hills, they rudely stated my daughter never made an appointment, they wouldn’t see the very sick cat, and really didn’t care what we did. Even after calling my daughter who said Dr Bs team made the appointment, the front desk treated me with disdain and contempt. When my daughter did call them back and basically chew them out for wasting my time and potentially endangering her cat, the “guessed” I could bring him back and they might get to him. AVOID this place because if this is how you treat customers and sick animals, it’s disgusting!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They took the time to make my dog Kleo feel relaxed and loved. I changed from another Vet that I was not happy with. And it ws the best choice I could have made to try them out. I will NEVER take my animals any place else.
