There is no comparison!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Called ahead to have a nail clipped ( emergency). They said to go ahead and bring our dog in- meanwhile they had 2 new problems to deal with. However my wife had already left and i could not reach her. When she arrived- the older lady was very rude and said we called your husband- and that we could not treat you dog. They also said they would need to put the dog under- blah blah blah.

We took our dog to the vet in Summerfield- took care of it in about 15 mins- and only charged us roe the clipping.

I would not recommend Fox & Friends because of the rudeness and the way they treated my wife and dog.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
