I have never had an experience with a hostile medical professional before my visit to this office. To put it mildly, Dr. Berry was cold and un-caring. I was hoping this was a freak experience, but in reading reviews, found I was not the only one who felt this way. I went to Dr. Berry for HELP, but instead walked away embarrassed about my teeth and confused about my prognosis. She was totally disinterested in my problem and frankly hostile in her demeanor. I would NEVER go back after such a horrible experience.

Absolutely
Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office?
Yes
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
Wonderful
Does the provider's staff try to be helpful?
Yes
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

This Doctor wants nothing to do with a patient that doesnt buy into her upsells. if you have clean teeth, she will find a way to convince you that you need some work done. THE most dishonest doctor, of any kind, I've ever come across! Do NOT go to this dentist!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene?
Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

A few, but not too many
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
