GREAT place to get some exercise for all ages and levels of fitness. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Two pools (one Olympic, one warm water), ALL kinds of classes and ALL kinds of equipment. I am a senior and live on a very tight budget, but believe me, the membership fee is super reasonable and worth every penny.

I've never had a massage therapist totally disregard my request so completely! At the beginning of my 80 min massage I told the therapist (Katie) that I was doing a lot of squats recently and that my legs and lower back were sore. She spent less than 5 minutes on my legs (with minimal pressure) and the entire time was spent on my upper back. Even less time was spent on my arms and she did not even touch my chest or abdomen.

If you are looking for any kind of session to relieve athletic soreness, look elsewhere.
