I haven't had an emergency, but they returned my calls promptly. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are very knowledgeable and keep learning all the time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are out from town, but hey, this is Alaska. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
