I spent almost my entire day in their waiting room. It was very frustrating. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It made me very nervous when they didn't know anything about the latest medical advancements. It seemed like they were stuck in the past. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
