I resently had to transfer. Had paid full year. They wanted proof of move......no problem. gave it to them. No money returned. Not in their policy. So why ask for proof of move.....just keep money anyways

Putting money into a jacuzzi ????? Why??? Locker room and showers are horrible. No urnals .... Old equipment ....weights don't even weigh what they say they do....bent Dumbbells ....throw them away.

I visit this gym on a regular basis due to its proximity to my job. The equipment is old, outdated, and downright unsafe. I met the owner today and was less than impressed. This man is a walking contradiction. He owns a fitness center and is in dire need of some use of his facility. He has no respect for his customers or their requests. This is really the only option in the area for a fitness center so he can treat his customers any way he wants. Ive had issues before and they have been addressed by the manager to the best of her abilities however its obvious that the owner ties her hands. If it weren't for it being the only one in the area and my company paying the tab I sure wouldn't go. No way Id spend my money for the horrible lack of respect the owner has for his customers. In my opinion, he needs to be drug through a parking lot by one of his love handles until he learns how to treat the people he serves.
