I've lost 18 pounds with Ageless so far. I feel so much better, I look better and my health has improved. I just visited my primary care physician yesterday and she was amazed and impressed by my blood work, my BMI and my overall health. I was able to quit my diabetic medicine which is why I joined in the first place. I'm considering this an investment in ME for a change!

AWESOME PLACE
I came to Ageless after leaving my appointment with my neurologist. I am a 59 year old woman - 4'10 in height - my appointment with my neurosurgeon left me feeling hopeless. I had also had an appointment with pain management doctor - I have a condition where my spinal cord has grown in to my tailbone - Very painful.

I came to Ageless - pretty hopeless and about 75 pounds overweight for my small frame. My husband and I felt this was worth a try. So I signed up in March - during that time , I also went through a difficult time with my best friend who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer .

The program has been a life changer - The shakes are great - the bars are awesome and the staff is WONDERFUL. I have lost my weight slowly - 2 to 3 pounds a week - but it has been consistent - I am down 38 pounds and about 41 inches.

My Energy level has soared, my pain level has decreased immensely.
Is it hard - Yes all LIFE CHANGES are hard - so your mindset has everything to do with any Diet (LIFE CHANGE) you have to make.

It may not be for everyone - I think the weekly weigh ins are what keeps you accountable. And ENCOURGAGED. I love the staff at Ageless on Moore Drive in Lexington.

I am so glad I took the chance - and I would recommend this to everyone.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes, it was downright irritating!
