I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt much more relaxed after my massage. It was great to be able to unwind. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Body in Balance is a fantastic place to get a massage. Jessica the owner and LMT is very nice and a wonderful massage therapist. Her approach to massage therapy is much different then others I have used in the past. Jessica helped me to see how massage therapy will help me reach my goal of a healthy lifestyle with regular visits to her office. The first massage was fantastic and every time I go back it seems to get better with each visit. Jessica is very good at getting rid of all my stress and tension till my muscles are like butter. Her office is clean and professional. I will be a regular client of hers for a long time.
