Please take your children somewhere else, especially of the female gender. Milton is a master manipulator and is a pervert! I started seeing him at the age of 16, he developed "feelings" for me and would lie to my parents to keep me seeing him. He would even ask me to talk about my sexual relationships "in detail !!!" i finally was able to see another psychologist and asked if his behavior was appropriate, their answer was NO! His wife is completely clueless to his sexual desires with teen girls. If I were you anyone would be a better therapist than him!

This Place is Pure Evil!
Whatever you do, don't trust Dr. Gearing. Patient confidentiality is a total joke with this place. If you want all your intmate secrets spilled to the entire world like tabloid gossip, then just mention them to Dr. Gearing. Dr. Gearing completely ruined my family with lies. I am so sorry I ever trusted Dr. Gearing. What started as some tension and shaky relationships in the family turned into a horrible legal mess and near destruction of my family.

STAY AWAY!! TIS QUACK WILL MAKE YOUR PORBLEMS WORSE!!

Go anywhere else! Hell, tell your hairdresser your problems, you'd be much better off! Sorry I could only give as low as one start to this evil place.
