Doc was OK, but their billing team never did figure out how to bill my insurance correctly so I selected a new eye doctor who has had zero problems with my insurance. Could NOT recommend them for that reason.

This place is the best! I have been going there for years. Even now that I moved out of Chesterfield County, I STILL go there even though it takes me 45 minutes to get there. It's worth it for the high level of customer service I get. Everyone there is top-notch!

I don't know who wrote that last review, but they must have been talking about a different practice. They mentioned that there was one person trying to do everything, but this office has AT LEAST 7 employees at all times. They NEVER have just one person helping the patients. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. And they said that the office was disgusting, but if you look at their website, www.swiftcreekeyecenter.com, you can see that the office is immaculate and gorgeous. In addition to that, they have Biscotti, tea, coffee and massage chairs that you can enjoy while you're waiting. Every effort is made to give their patients the best experience possible. They also have all of the most up to date equipment. They take pictures of the back of your eyes at every visit and they are the only practice in Virginia that has an MPOD tester that can predict if you are at risk for getting Macular Degeration in the future so that you can change your diet to reduce that risk before it's too late. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They take plenty of time to listen to my needs and then well educate me about what options I have. Going to this practice is like visiting your best friends. They're all so loving, kind and fun! When you look at all the other reviews before this last one, it's clear that everyone else has had the same GREAT experience that I've had, so it's unfortunate that this last person must have gotten the name of the office they visited mixed up with the SCEC. This practice is the BEST!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
