Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

This is one of the best medical practices that I have known. Dr. Rodriguez speaks of his profession as a ministry. He never stints in giving full time to every patient. He displays a sign in the waiting room that apologizes if he wait is long, but he is giving time to every patient. He does. He is from Cuba, as is most of his staff and his practice accommodates many Spanish speaking patients. Lucky they are. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. There will probably be a Spanish language program on the TV. Dr. Rodrigues is dedicated to his profession. He is a professor in the optometry school in New York. He keeps up with the latest in his field. He has he most up-to-date advanced diagnostic equipment in his office. His staff is friendly and competent, giving ghe tests that prepares Dr. Rodrigues for his evaluation. My wife was recommended to his practice almost in dispair after a leading ophthalmologist had basically given up on her. Dr. Rodriguez understood her problem could not be corrected with lens alone, gave her a series of exercises and corrected he vision. A few years later, due to the diagnostic equipment available to him he found a condition that could have lead to blindness, and sent her to a specialist for a laser procedure. Your examination at this office will be thorough and therefore not short. Be glad for that. Good eyesight is most important. By the way, he has a wide selection of eyeglasses available to accommodate your prescription. The doctor's wife is well trained to carefully fit you with eyeglasses. My wife and I most highly recommend Dr. Rodrigues. He has given her the gift of eyesight that enables her to continue to follow one of her greatest pleasures -- reading. He keeps watch over my eye health as well.

Great doctor and very caring. Super nice staff, too. He seems really knowledgable (I see him on TV sometimes, I think he is an optometry professor as well or something).

I became Dr. Rodriguez patient about 6 years ago. Since then I could not think of having any one else take care of my eyes. He is very professional, knowledgeable and explains all in detail. Some times you may wait a bit to see him 'but it is all worth it; you get a great eye exam and leave confident that you have a good doctor.
