Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, I was freezing

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry over a week-end. Last September had to wait about. 20 hours and 4 attempts before they were able to fill my dying husband's morphine prescription. Also the oxygen machine provided by a company they insisted we use, as Hospice had a "contract" with them, failed to function. Had to call the Bainbridge Island Fire Dept. to provide oxygen for my husband. He died within hours. This is compassionate care? This is dying with dignity? I feel my husband's death was hastened by the lack of care from Hospice of Kitsap County on Sept, 7th and 8th, 2012.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were all of our questions answered, they were always answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. This was a great hospice with a very kind staff.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

The worst I have seen

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
