I had Summit last year when I had a knee replacement. I had excellent care by my nurse, aide and my PT. They all were awesome and I have only good things to say about each so much so that I have requested them again for my other knee replacement next month.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not really, it wasn't very clean

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't put a patch on my mom's bedsore. it became a stage four wound. When the doctor gave them directives they chose not to follow them. They even tried to blame us for the wound getting worse. The nurses hardly showed up and they never communicated their concern with the family. Don't use this company if you want your loved one to get quality care. Their nurse Kathy and Kathleen are the worst inexperienced nurses you'll ever meet
