I had to bring one of my parents here and I do not recommend them at all. They do not care about your loved one. The woman in charge Kelly was very cold and lacks empathy. She told my mom while my dad was alert to that she can move on and marry someone else. I'm sorry WHAT?! My parents were married for 51 years, faithfully devoted to eachother! Who says such a cold hearted thing to someone? You can hear other peoples loved ones next door and down the hall needing help, none of the "nurses" check on them or visit them. They basically leave you there to die. We was lucky enough that we were able to stay over night as guest because I told them we would not use their service otherwise. Do not bring your loved one here

In 1999, my 28 year old daughter died there at All Saints. Other than one pushy nurse, everyone was very kind and helpful. The pushy nurse was just trying to help but she became intrusive. I did appreciate all of the rest though. I was walking through those 5 days in a fog and they helped me as much as they helped her.

HORRIBLE CONDITIONS, Substandard and NASTY. Undrinkable orange water from room sink, AC Vents coated with slime and years of caked on mold and dust, dirt and crayon drawings on window sill, "Heat not turn on, patients freezing in chairs bundled in blankets. Atrocious conditions I would not subject my pet to, much less MY WIFE. I removed her in 2 hours and returned her to Harris Hospital. These are facts and I have photos to back them up.!! DO NOT GO THERE>

I currently have a family member at Baylor Vitas, the staff and doctors have been very informative, kind and compassionate to my love one and family. All questions are answered very detailed and respectfully. They are providing affectionate care to my family member. The facility is very clean and made comfortable for the patient and visitors.
