I had been a patient there for several years. They closed their office suddenly and gave patients NO notice at all. I had to camp out for several hours in order to get a copy of my file. And the only reason I got one was because the receptionist came in to clean her desk out. Horrible!! When you are dealing with mentally unstable people this is the worst kind of treatment possible. No calls returned either. What a joke. I filed a report with the BBB. They should lose their license. I believe they have reopened in the same bldg, different suite. You ARE crazy if you give em your business. They don't care about their patients, just the money.

Terrible terrible customer service. I called several times about 6 months ago. Nobody ever answers the phone, and I always leave a message - but never get a call back! I've been calling again the last few days, and it's the same thing. I haven't seen a provider because they refuse to answer or contact me. If I was suicidal I'd be dead by now. Sadly, this is the only provider close to me that accepts my insurance.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

No, they didn't wear any cologne
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
