Do NOT use bio-identical HRT pellets from this office. You will be stuck with the results for 3-6 months! She charged me extra "due to the amount of hormones" she gave me. I ended up with more testosterone than 17 yr old males have - for 6 + months! (WAY out of range for women) Then she said to take 2+times the progesterone to "counteract" the miserable effects of the testosterone (constant unbearable sex drive, excess hair growth on body/face, cystic zits on face, agressive, weight gain). She underquoted the cost of the compounded progesterone. This ended up being a super expensive, miserable experience. She doesn't seem to have any idea what she is doing. This office is more interested in selling products. Research other docs - don't do a pellet the 1st time!

I have been going to Camelback Healthcare for 3+ years. I have had three annual checkups, a pregnancy test when I found out I was pregnant, and they found my Hashimoto's Disease before I even felt the effects. I had always been seen in a timely manner, treated with care, and left feeling heard. However, I will absolutely not be returning because of the owner of the practice- Dr. Reed. I made an appointment to get my hormone levels checked, a simple blood test. She berated me for coming in at all because of my age. She allowed me to ask zero questions. When I explained that a previous doctor at this practice had suggested I get this testing done she essentially told me I was lying. She called me crazy followed by saying, "What you need is a psych eval!" She finished with, "I will still be billing your insurance, so they know what you're all about." I honestly don't even know what that means, but it was clear that she meant it as an insult. She finished all of this with kicking me out of the office. Literally escorted me out. I had my hands full with my 1 year old son, a stroller, and all of his things because I had been rushed out. She stood at the door yelling, "Goodbye, have a great day, buh-bye, you can go now," all while I fumbled with all of my things to try to get out of the office door in front of the entire waiting room. This was THE wildest experience of my life. I had no idea how to effectively advocate for myself initially, because I had never experienced anything like it. Luckily, I called my insurance company and they walked me through how to place a complaint with the state. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking for a doctor that will treat all patients with respect and care.

Dr Reed is my primary care physician and is fantastic. She listens and does not rush through my appointments. At times when I have had an urgent situation and Dr Reed was booked, I have used her colleague, Dr Lee and I'm pleased with her as well. The office staff is usually very helpful and it is extremely convenient having the phlebotomist right there on site.

I went to this office for the first time Feb. 25. Scheduling was easy, wait time was short, staff was friendly, and office was clean. My actual appointment was great. I felt listened to and that my needs were being met. I got blood work done, right in the office. I have never had a better experience with blood draws before. I was called the next week for a follow up and was able to come the next day. She did not feel comfortable with some of the results and had another blood test. I felt like everything was thorough and everything was handled well. This was a great experience and will continue to come back.

I was seeking a basic preventative screening and the doctor's review and completion of specific documents. My visit was very disappointing and incomplete.
First, I scheduled well in advance to see a doctor. When I arrive at 8am for my appointment, I learn the doctor will not be in the office until the afternoon and I have to see a nurse.
They were disorganized and unprepared although, I gave them more than two weeks notice of my specific needs. My visit was incomplete (and required me to schedule a second visit) because they did not take any action or initiative on information provided well in advance to my appointment. More communication would be great to clients who have taken time out of their busy schedules to go to the office expecting the proper care and attention.

And.. when the care provider assigned to me has to Google search a basic medical task during my visit. That is concerning.

I have been a patient to Dr. Reed along with my 4 family members for more than 10 years. She is a wonderful caring Doctor but her practice has grown to the point that I have not seen her in over a year. Her business manager wrote me the most impersonal letter regarding a past due balance and gave me and my family the boot over a mutual error on both parties. If you had asked me years ago for a glowing recommendation I would have given it hands down but since the office staff that she employs cares less about the patient and more about being right I can no longer support her office!

I've been a patient of Camelback healthcare for over 4 years. All of the doctors give excellent care. Their Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement program is a life saver! Both my husband and I are on the program. We are very happy with the results. Dr. Reed and Dr. Kim have been very good to me and my husband and I highly recommend this practice to anyone for all of your health care needs!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
