I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a few minutes in there. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with him. Dr. Landen is a kind person and it comes through to his patients. I trust him, am able to talk to him, and credit him with helping me turn my life around and manage my depression. He's a good doctor.
