Have been with dental practice for 5 years......Had put off dental visits for over 20 years prior due to bad experience. Sameer Kwatra and the entire staff were able to restore my faith and help restore my health with their abilities and dedication.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this dental office. Dr. Kwatra said that I needed a crown for one of my bottom front teeth. He filed down my tooth to the size of a toothpick and covered it with a crown. However, it was continuously giving me pain afterwards. Dr. Kwatra dismissed my complaint with the comment, that “Sometimes you have to wait 6 to 8 months for the pain to go away”. The pain never went away however, so I consulted another dentist. In the process of removing the crown to investigate the problem, this dentist accidentally knocked out the remainder of my toothpick sized tooth. This had the effect of eliminating my pain, but now I was left without a tooth. I went back to Dr. Kwatra to complain about the situation and he at first wanted to charge me $150 to add another tooth to my existing partial plate. The dentist who I had consulted for the pain, called and spoke to Dr. Kwatra on my behalf and he finally agreed to do the repair for nothing, as it was his mistake originally. It retrospect, I think I should have gotten an implant, but the modified partial plate is working okay.
I think this office puts a great emphasis on advising the patients to get crowns whether they need them or not. It makes money for their dental office, but I don’t think the patients are their first concern.

They have new young dentists who think they know everything. She wouldn’t listen and basically told me “there is no dentist in the area that would clean my teeth if I didn’t have a deep cleaning first. It’s strange how I go from perfect teeth for over 45 years to all of a sudden needing deep cleaning, when this the the practice who i have been going to for the past 3-4 years!!!! I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It made me nervous, and I am never going back to them.

My college aged kids felt the same way, the dentist was rude, snobby and non professional. She should not be allowed to touch anyones teeth!
