I have made three visits to Dr. Schwartz; I am more impressed after each treatment. Why? Because she makes a supreme effort to dive into your problems, tells you CLEARLY your problem, and then eliminates the illness!.

I was reluctant to write this review but after reading other posts it appears I am not alone. This is in reference to excessive wait times at Susan Schwartz's office. After waiting nearly 45min after my scheduled appointment, I approached the Doctor on the matter and she immediately went into a rant about "I've been doing this for 20 years & you have to wait at every Doctors office"and so on...I thought this was arrogant and very unprofessional, and though what she said is untrue (about wait times) I chose not to argue the matter. This wait cost me money as I had to take off work (without pay). DOCTOR SCHWARTZ, TAKE A LESSON FROM YOUR PATIENTS. YOU NEED A LESSON IN TIME MANAGEMENT. OR BETTER YET, HIRE A FRONT OFFICE STAFF THAT CAN DO IT FOR YOU. YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND ARROGANCE COST YOU THIS PATIENT. If your time is precious and you have better things to do than waiting in a Doctors Lobby at your expense, seek another Doctor. This one is a total waste of your time.

If your looking for a caring ENT make an appointment with Dr. Schwartz . I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, which is standard for any other Dr. I have seen in the past . She helped me with my continues ringing of my left ear. Thanks Dr!!

yes, i waited twenty minutes. However, the Dr. was patient and cared what i had to say. Dr. Schwartz directed me in the right path for my hearing loss.

WAIT WAS SO LONG THAT I HAD TO RESCHEDULE. RUDE.
Waits are often one hour or more past your scheduled appointment. This doctor schedules dozens of patients every hour and cannot possibly provide good service. Additionally, she does not listen to her patients, and wrote a prescription before a test culture came back. Duh. Wrong diagnosis. Don't go here.
Dr. Schwartz is obviously just in this business for the money, and her patients are an inconvenience she must endure.
