It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they care about me and I have to say. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Although the doctor appears to be young, he is very knowledgable. Great staff.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, the office was fairly conveniently located. It is a little off the beaten path, but not too difficult to find. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. The only downside was they did not have a baby changer. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Dr. Thornblade will take the time out of his day to talk to you as long as you need. He listens to your needs and responds with helpful answers.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
