I like Cuts By Us because they are open late and I can just walk in, don't have to make an appointment. Since I am always a walk-in, I am served by a different stylist almost every time. I was satisfied with all of my haircuts so far and everybody was always polite and friendly. Waiting time can be different depending on how busy they are, but I never had to wait unreasonably long. If they tell me I will have an hour wait, I can simply go over to the Walmart next door, do some shopping, then come back.
