They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with their knowledge of the latest trends and fashions. All my questions were answered, and I can duplicate my hair style at home to look like I just left the salon!

Melissa does a fantastic job with hair color! I've struggled to find someone I could trust with my hair. I actually moved 2 hours away, and still drive up to see her when I need my color done. She is a master! .

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot! However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. New Trend Hair Salon styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. I am a regular customer at this salon and love all the stylists, in particular the owner, Ginger. She is he best!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting New Trend Hair Salon. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This provider always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at New Trend Hair Salon as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country.
