I had my wedding party's hair and makeup done here with the brunch included. The ladies were wonderful and nice but their attitudes were not the reason for my low rating. There were several mess ups on the salon's part prior to my appointment (I was later told by others they are very disorganized) For instance, my check was MIA for awhile, my one bridesmaid had a massage appointment scheduled when one was never scheduled (I Know this for a fact because I made her appointment) and when I tried to correct the errors they had me on the phone for over a half hour. In addition my bridesmaid ended up having to do my hair because their one stylist who does the braid style I wanted was on vacation. I am sorry but if you are a hair salon more than one person should know how to do a popular style braid. Also the part of the hair that was done in the salon on me, the curls, fell out before I even arrived at my destination 35 min away so my wedding hair was straight, no waves, no curls like I asked. The girls were great and helpful but I will not be back nor will I recommend.
