No. I specifically told my stylist how I like my hair, but she/he did it her/his own way.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Did the stylist style your hair the way you asked?
No. I specifically told my stylist how I like my hair, but she/he did it her/his own way.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Did your hair stylist dry and style your hair after your hair cut?
The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

They always ask your name when it comes time to pay, looking you up on the computer and recording the haircut.

What is the purpose of this if there's no loyalty program -- i.e. free cut every 10th visit?

Weird and not a strategy for keeping customers.

Today was the first time we visited this establishment. We brought our 9 year old son in for a routine haircut. Instead, they injured the back of our son's neck with an electric trimmer leaving at least half a dozen bleeding scratches. My wife and I only noticed after we left when our son complained of pain. We were horrified to see what was done to him. We immediately called the salon when we got home. Their response was to offer a free haircut in the future. We said we wanted a refund which they agreed to. When we went to pick up the refund we showed the hair stylist the picture we took of our son's neck. Her response was "I probably should have stopped". Obviously we are furious. It is now night time and our son is still in pain for which we applied an antiseptic/anesthetic. This is far from over. In the meantime you'd have to crazy to trust these people to wield scissors and razors around your child's head.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
