A friend recommended this salon to me and because her hair always looks gorgeous, I decided to try her stylist. I went a few times and the color was done well (blonde highlights) but she just couldn't get the cut I wanted right. Even with pics and what I felt was an accurate description. There was always a bit of a wait, but the third time I went, I was left waiting 45 minutes without an apology or explanation when the place was EMPTY. When I mentioned this to the stylist, she still didn't apologize. Really unprofessional.
