I am very upset with my hair now more than I was to begin with. If the workers there went to schooling then they should know how to cut someone's hair off the style they already have or have received at this place before. I asked to have just the back trimmed to grow the front out better like I wanted. Hint the word wanted. Now I look like I have a bob instead of an actual style. I WON'T be returning to this place again. This isn't the first time it has happened. It was a couple years back and by now they have new employees. Well go figure this didn't work out. So frustrated that I paid $15 for a very horrible hairdo. So much for the holidays coming up and the professional pictures I need to get done!
