I finally found the time to use my Mothers Day gift of a cut and color. The absolute worst salon visit of my life. All I wanted was highlights and a simple razor layered pixie cut. By the time I left, my hair looked like the ugliest calico cat in existence. My hair is a least a half inch longer on one side of my head. They tried to tell me that it is normal for highlights to look choppy and have large splotches of color everywhere and that it's ok for the color to start halfway from the scalp. That it was fine for the highlights to go from almost white to orange. If you like your hair, look elsewhere. Certainly, don't let them color it.

I occasionally feel rushed, but if you tell them to slow down or that your not happy they will always it right. I haven't had a bad experience in over 3 years. Their prices are fair. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to be chatty with me.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
