I ended up leaving really frustrated and confused because they weren't able to answer any of my questions. I don't think they knew what they were doing.
This is the WORST SALON I ever been to! Mikki doesn't know how to do an ombre hairstyle. After they make a mistake they do not even treat you right! They treat you as if it is your own fault!!! Mikki should focus on doing just hair cuts, not an ombre style. Ombre is a very difficult technique. She left my hair green, canary yellow, orange, and the worst part the salon was rude! I hope nobody goes through a nightmare like this. If you need an ombre hairstyle, go to an expert and do not let anyone touch your hair unless they experienced. "Primo Salon & Spa" were so awesome, they even opened the salon after hours to correct a mistake by BBK Hair Studio. They did a beutiful job! At other salons, when they make such a mistake, they at lest offer you a treatment for you damaged hair or some other means of making it up to the salon. Do not go to this salon for an ombre style. THEY ARE AWFUL!
