When I went in my hair had two huge knots on each side of my head. I went in there she tried to get them out but they didn't come out. So the next thing to do was try to cut them out she did that then she had to even it out she did an excellent job. My husband came down to the salon and was shocked because he liked my hair long but he told me I looked gorgeous in the new style. So I gave this salon a 5 star because she did a wonderful job on my new hair style.
