Katy gave me an attitude adjustment hair make over and it is amazing... She is good, she new I need something different and refreshing but me and new and she did it... fantastic place...

AWFUL !!!!! Took my 16 year old daughter there today...
She wanted to go blonde and have a new hair style.
I repeatedly asked how much it was going to cost but got nowhere !!
I checked out there website and figured the whole bill with tip to be about $100.00
I'm also a X hairdresser for over 40 years who owned my own salon on E56th st in NYC so I know how the GAME goes.

When I got the bill I had sticker shock... it was $220.00 with out tip...
When I asked for a explanation of why such a high cost I got the runaround...
I felt completely ripped off.....I also felt it was very un professional to not tell someone up front what the cost was going to be !
To top it all off my daughters haircut was horrible !!!
Its 2016 and they gave her a mullet haircut ~!!!! I might have to give this one star in order to post but they dont deserve even that !!!!
