A&R Family Hair Care gives great service and we are working together well as co-workers and a good staff of professionals. The shop is modern and always nice and clean.

I moved the salon to new locaton almost two years ago. I remodeled the shop and there is more room and a new modern look. The current address is at Mills Plaza at 10339B Folsom Blvd next to Heritage Credit Union to be more convenient for our clients.

Welcome to drop in to have a cup of coffee or tea.

Linda is fabulous, she made my mess of a head into a 'hot mess' of beautiful color! The office was easy enough to find and pricing is very affordable. Every question and concern I had was addressed and I learned a few things to stay healthy. Linda was kind and helpful; I left feeling encouraged.

Their staff is very friendly and semi professional. My appointment felt a little uncomfortable. Communication is not good obviously. The first time was high-lights, she lightened them too much and did not tone as she was tired and wanted to go home. I did not feel like coming back the next day. I thought well try it one more time and see if I get a different tech. I would liked a little more time. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive on the second visit as it was a partial highlight. The operator asked me about a color and I said i liked it. She put it on and it is way too dark and covered up all my highlights. She said the toner will wash out. Lies! all that money for nothing $80 and I tipped her as well. She should offer a few free highlights but said it would be around 35. forget it. i can find more skilled people. They should know what colors levels etc. will wash out what they spent hours putting in. Hello. You are the expert; explain to me what will happen .
