I saw two stylists on two separate occasions and I was happy with both of them. I had some gripes with their reception staff who could've been a bit friendlier and I think their prices are a little high (separate charge for blow dry when you get your hair colored?), but because of the quality of the hair stylists I will be back.

I just discovered this salon a few months ago. My old hairdresser moved and I was terrified to try someone new. Much to my surprise I felt instantly welcomed. The girl who did my hair was great and super friendly and no offense to my old girl but my hair has never looked better.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Carolyn Lorraine Salon is a wonderful expierence. I have been a client for over 10 years, my stylist is amazing. Really like the vibe in this salon, it's very warm and welcoming. I have referred many clients to the salon to have all of there services done there.

great place-have gone here for about ten years for mani, pedi, waxing (brows and bikini) love the staff, service, results. would not think of going anywhere else! it's like having a new small family.
