I went in for my second appointment on 12/14/18 with Betsy. I had previously had my first appointment with her when I used a coupon for a color and cut and was okay with the service except that she did not cut the hair in the back on my neckline the way I wanted it. This time I mentioned that to her and said that it still looked ragged. I also specifically said at least 3 times that the most important thing was not to cut the back of my head too short because my hair was thin and my scalp showed really bad when it was too short. After I was finished with this last hair appointment and I went to meet my husband in the lobby--he told me that it was the worst haircut I had ever gotten. It was way too short and she butchered the hair on my neckline. I have cussed her out every morning since then when I have gone to fix my hair and have been pretty depressed about what she did to me. I wish I hadn't tipped her 5.00 and, in fact, she should have refunded the entire amount I paid for that horrific haircut. I have never had such a bad experience. I ran into her today in a local store and she said my hair looked cute. WHAT!!! It has been over 2 1/2 weeks and it is finally starting to get back to somewhat normal but not totally normal yet. She should go back to school to learn how to cut hair and learn how to listen to her clients. Worst hairdresser ever and if anyone asks, I will tell them the exact same thing! Thanks for making the last 2 1/2 weeks of my life a total nightmare as far as my hair is concerned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance for a cut and perm. The person that scheduled me did not schedule the correct services for me and when I showed up the stylist said she did not have time to give me a perm as it was not scheduled. There was no effort made to accommodate me even though my appointment was scheduled incorrectly by the salon. I feel the staff should have made an effort to correct their error.
The good news is that I found a local salon that accepts walk in's, they worked me in and did a great job. They will be getting my business and my friend's business from now on.
