I could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

Yes, the equipment is very advanced!

No. I specifically told my stylist how I like my hair, but she/he did it her/his own way.
