I had the worst experience ever with someone obviously new named Shannon she cut my hair and it looked like a blind person did it...The crazy part is that she had no clue how to fix the error and demanded that one of the other stylist fix her issue interrupting them from their customer ..This person then stated she was the Manager and spoke to the staff in a manner no one should have to experience very demanding and angry,.In competent and has no place in a mangement role unless you guys are ready to close the doors......

I got my haircut done by Alysse Kress. I am always pleased as well as my sons. We enjoy her company as well as her professional work. I will never go to anyone else as long as she is at Cuts by us. Thank you,

Let me first off state that I have been using Cuts By Us on Ledo, next to Wal-Mart, for the past 11 years, ever since I moved to Albany GA. The service is nice. The employees are nice. There is hardly any wait. And, for that, I always pay $20 (12.95 for the cut and the is tip). However, on 8-1-12, that ALL changed. I walked in to get a 12.95 haircut. I was kindly escorted to my seat immediately. The gentleman asked what I would like. I told him, 3/4 on the sides and 1in on the top. He says "Sure". He gets the clippers out, puts no guard on. By the way, I have NO apron nor hair guard on either!!! He buzz cuts my head military style. I had no chance to stop him as the clippers dug 3 inches into my forehead when I saw what was happening to me. Not even 3 minutes later, he is done. Blow dries me and wacks me with a duster. My shirt and shorts are now covered in pieces and specs of hair, since obviously i had no apron on. Im beyond angry, yet calm and silent! I walk to the counter. Give him a $20 and ask for ALL my change back please. He does and slams the receipts hard into the counter, startling even the other female employees and customers. Now... I have no idea what this man's problem was or was I was treated like a second class citizen in a place of business. But if the owner is reading this---I want my 12.95 refunded back to me and his "attitude" corrected. That is absolutely no way to treat a 11 year customer! If not, I'll do business elsewhere!
