Worst service I have ever got at a salon! I went here because my regular stylist was closed and I was looking for a cut that day, HUGE mistake. After waiting over an hour after the time my appt was scheduled for the manager came over and lectured me on how it was a salon and emergencies come up. Really emergency? I thought I was at a hair place not an ER?? The girl cutting my hair was nice and did a good job however was severely overshadowed by a rude and under qualified manager. I would never go back based on her bad attitude and lack of time management skills. I run my own business and if I treated my customers that way I would be closed in no time. If you dont have time to wait hours for a haircut I'd go elsewhere....

. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They destroyed my hair through lack of knowledge and entirely preventable coloring errors. I strongly advise anyone looking for a cut or color to stay away. The woman who cut my bangs couldn't even cut in a straight line and they recommended her to me because of her "master" level.
