I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I hated the beauty treatment I received. I demanded a refund. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. sara 12/27/13
Purchased a Groupon for this salon and it turned into a huge nightmare. To begin, NO WHERE on the offer does it mention any extra charges besides tip. The salon also did not mention any additional charges until check out. The Groupon was worth $180 for a cut, style and organic perm. The salon charged me $60 more but I did not receive any other services. Checked with other salons who agree that this is way overpriced. Total scam and to top it off the service was horrible. The hair dresser did as she pleased and did not ask for any input. In addition, she cut my hair way too short, the perm fell flat in spots, it was not organic as advertised and it looks horrible. Wish I could leave zero stars. Worst experience ever!! 😢
