ACE BEAUTY SUPPLY, BURLINGTON MALL...UGH!! Poor store policy, poor customer service, great for sticking it to their customers!!! Once you leave the store, you are stuck with what you purchased...EVEN IF THE 100% HUMAN HAIR PURCHASED HAD A 'ROTTEN ODOR'...EVEN IF YOU HAD THE HAIR AND PACKAGED IN TACT, UNOPENED...EVEN IF YOU HAD YOUR RECEIPT!!!! You will be told..."So sorry, you keep hair, we sell you another different kind. No returns." Horrible service...does not adhere to store policy but likes to take your money. My 16 yr old was told by owner, hair can be returned after she brought it home and made sure it was the correct length and type. When opened, hair smelled like a sewer, terrible odor, not the right type. Went to return it....yeah right!!! Store policy just for show. BUYER BEWARE...THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY PLACES IN THE AREA...GO some place else if you value your time, dollar and want to be treated respectfully....BE SAFE NOT SORRY!!!
