Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. After 3 exhausting days if the shop trying to remedy all the mistakes they made, I have filed a complaint with BBB and I am still trying to find out who their insurance company is, just to get my money reimbursed.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Melodies made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. Melodies was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Melodies told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need.
