My hair was cut very short, which I had asked them to cut. I have gotten so many compliments on my cut. I will return.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My stylists are Phyllis and Leslie. Phyllis has taken care of my hair for years and I must say that I commend her on her ability to tolerate me damaging my hair. Over the years I have done some crazy things, but she never denied her assistance and guidance. She tells me when I mess up, nurses my hair back to health and gives me the guidance that I need. Oh, the words may sound harsh, but she does not want me to be bald. Phyllis and her staff cares for their clients and that is a quality that I truly appreciates.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were cold and not friendly enough.
