they suck i take my boys there to get there hair cut and the lady is always telling us what she is going to do with there hair not what we asked for .i think if am paying then i should be the one that makes the decision my son left crying cuz she shaved him bold and he wanted a mohawk was very upset and will never return there again rather pay 20 dollars some where else where i know i will get what i want instead of paying 8 dollars for a hair cut the stylist wants :(

Unfortunately, the owner of the salon is the one who cut my hair and she did a very UNPROFESSIONAL and to say the least, disgusting job. I asked for long layered hair with slight bangs and I got chopped off medium to short hair with nothing done to the front. She spent the time complaining about how I don't take care of my hair and at the end of it, I felt like crying because it was so disastrous. I left but called to complain and ask for a refund when I got home and noticed how awful it looked. Not only did she cut me off when explaining what I wanted before she even started and cut my hair the way she wanted but after I called to complain and ask for my money back she stated that I have a great haircut and there's nothing wrong with it.

I tried to remain calm at the salon as well as when talking with her on the phone but she started to yell and fight with me about how I was wrong and that I shouldn't complain about anything because I got the haircut I asked for. First of all, the customer is always right, and secondly, as the owner and an employee, she should be a bit more humble and professional. Also, if I, the person WEARING THE HAIR, is letting you know that I do NOT LIKE IT, HOW CAN I HAVE A GREAT HAIRCUT???? It is truly frustrating how ridiculous the conversation on the phone was and based on this experience and a similar one my sister has gone through in the past with her (after I explained this to my sister she told me it was the same woman who messed up her hair as well) I will NEVER be returning.

I would not recommend this place at all.
