Love going to Jennifer's House of Hair. Love my latest haircut and Jennifer and staff are always friendly. I would not consider going anywhere else

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
No, my hair wash was pretty quick.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, they always have specials going on

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Never, they are very reliable.

I just want everyone to know how much I LOVE this salon! Jennifer has amazing work ethics and requires the same from her staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and have been very truthful and forthcoming with suggestions! They do a wonderful job on all ages as well. I have 3 children and they have all grown up going to the salon and have had many different people cutting their hair. I have never had a bad experience in all of the years I have been going here. I have know Jennifer for about 14 years now and have followed her from salon to salon and have complete loyalty to her. I am often asked who does my hair and always suggest to my friends to go to Jen's. Their prices are very reasonable- I am always amazed at how much some people pay elsewhere. If you are looking for a place to go- this is it. I drive 20 minutes to get to the salon and it is well worth it! They also sell great candles and goat boy products as well! :) Check them out!
