Wanted to get a perm for the new year. I was happy to see they had a sale for perms. Spoke to a manager on 1/13/18 and was confident she would do a great job. Told her I worked in the area and was looking for a spiral or loose curl since I've never had a perm done before. I walked I'm on a Saturday before noon and the manager was there. Unfortunately Betina was the one who was going to work on my hair but she assured me I was in good hands. The girl told me she was the second slowest to curl up but I would love the results. After 3 hrs she finished rolling. Another hour or more she let the product in. After it was done she put me in the shampoo bowl and made small talk. My son and husband were growing impatient and she rushed to ask me if I wanted a trim...I didn't but said yes. She snipped and didn't finish drying (it was almost 6pm at this point.) She gave me a scribbled caring for perm flyer. Told me not to wash for 2days. Didn't explain anything but stated " if God forbid something goes wrong my schedule is Mon and Thursday" I paid tipped her and left..the next day it looked like a pigeons nest. Dull to the touch, breaking, I have bumps in my scalp and followed instructions. I went in on Tuesday the 16th and talked to manager.. I told her it didn't look right. Turns out the girl put the wrong rods and left the treatment for too long. ...like my hair is fried too long. Told another stylist she fried my hair but not me. The manager put a hair treatment and said I would get a full refund and my hair would look and feel better after. So far no refund, my hair makes me cry and the girl is still working there. I put a one star because the manager seems like she wants to help but my hair is ruined and I definitely do not recommend anyone go thru the same thing I went thru. That girl is a mess and needs to be fired. Client beware. I have not gotten my refund and they refuse to fix my hair. Spoke to Jessica from corporate and she said the stylist made a mistake. I'm hoping my hair grows out healthier soon. This place is a mess and the service could improve. No customer service, aqnowledgememt for a horrid freak job or empathy for people. A clean slate of personnel is needed. Competent talented stylists get bad credit for untrained runt of the litter personnel like the one who touched my hair

WARNING>>>>If you want the worse Hair cut GO here you will be totally satisfied. I wouldn't take my dog here to be groomed .... Do not go back to see if they can fix your hair You will be humiliated and told it is your fault especially if you are frustrated .... Oh and did I say it was the manager....Your better off going to the dog groomer!
