Doug does NOT listen at all to anything you say, I explained 3 times what i wanted and after it was all said and done, i expressed not being happy about my hair and he got irritated with me and said it was my fault because I wasnt clear in what i wanted. Walking into the salon , it is very dated, there is furniture for sale everywhere, and He was more concerned with trying to sell me art work or a lamp then the concerns of my hair. In my opinion, quit doing hair a stick to selling cheap furniture. The parking is probably the best this about the whole place, but the building looks like its about to fall over any minute, and not to mention is smells like smoke inside the salon and on Doug himself.
